Opinion: Toxic Soup Recipe

Aluminum
Talcum powder

We’ve all heard horror stories about asbestos, lead and talcum powder, but what about the other toxins we are living with? Could we be exposed to other “toxic soup” ingredients that are potentially stealing years from us, encouraging cancer, or altering our hormones and genes? From the foods we eat, to the soap we use, these choices can have a significant impact, and be life or death for some.

Just over six years ago, I switched from bleach to peroxide, and from Comet to baking soda. Slowly, I made small changes in my own cleaning and hygiene products. Soon after these initial changes, I finally tested negative for precancerous cells after having previously undergone multiple failed surgeries and a decade of positive tests. If you are reading this, please know my goal is for you to feel better and live a longer, healthier life. Let’s explore a few of these toxic soup ingredients that most people have been exposed to, and what items we can avoid to limit our exposure to these life robbing components.

Aluminum: This chemical element is the most plentiful metal found in the Earth’s crust, making up about 8% of the Earth’s surface. The average adult in the US ingests 7-9 mg per day, with an estimated 0.1% to 0.3% absorption rate from our water and food alone. If not eliminated via the kidneys, it will store in the bones, lungs, breast tissue, muscle, liver and brain. Aluminum can prevent the body from digesting and assimilating calcium, phosphorus and fluoride. This prevents bone growth and reduces bone density. Aluminum can also cause conditions which actually force calcium out of the bones. To make matters worse, exposure to aluminum in your diet or self-care products blocks your body’s ability to eliminate mercury and other toxins from the body, because aluminum impairs your body’s glutathione production. Glutathione is the most important detoxifying substance in your body. When you are exposed to aluminum you get the toxicity from the aluminum, in addition to your body’s reduced ability to eliminate other toxins.Formaldehyde: Another one that is all around us, but not so much in the spotlight. Within our homes, we find this mostly in furniture, baseboards, and engineered wood flooring, but it can also be found in healthcare products such as keratin and tobacco products. The price savings on a shelving unit that you’re dying to have, is likely to be a great savings because it is made of particle board, laden with formaldehyde. This volatile organic compound (VOC) will off-gas throughout the life of the product and high levels of exposure to formaldehyde can lead to certain types of cancer, dermatitis, vision impairment and may affect the lymphatic and hematopoietic systems (our blood making organs).

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG): Banned in Europe, this is naturally found in many foods, but is commonly used as an additive. MSG is used in 9 out of 10 fast food restaurants and many processed foods. MSG tricks your taste receptors into telling your brain that a certain food is high in protein and thus nutritious. The food industry is focused on this science as a “fifth” taste sense they call umami. Food producers argue that MSG is safe as any other protein which contains glutamate, but MSG’s glutamate becomes problematic when the proteins are degraded and glutamate is “freed” from the protein chain. After public backlash in the 1980’s, the FDA required manufacturers to list MSG on any food containing over 1% of this flavor enhancer. Therefore, anything 99% glutamate free doesn’t have to be identified as MSG and can be hidden, and/ or disguised as well over 50 alternate names. These names can be as innocuous and deceptive as “natural flavors” or “spices”, leaving the consumer completely unaware of the neurotoxic ingredient. Dr. Russell Blaylock, author of Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills, noted that MSG consumption is especially detrimental for the young and stated, “Very high MSG intake (of any excitotoxin) can cause abnormal learning, addiction risk, and behavioral, emotional control, and endocrine problems later in the baby’s life.”

Polysorbate 80 and 20: Polysorbate 80 (Tween 80) is a common ingredient often used as a solubilizing agent in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Tween 80 is used in lotions, medical preparations, and tablets to bind oils and water. One major pharmaceutical use for this chemical is to open the blood-brain barrier (BBB) for the purpose of administering chemotherapy for brain cancer. Polysorbate 20 (Tween 20) uses include surfactant, emulsifier, and fragrance ingredient, and is found in a variety of cosmetics and personal care products. Both Tween 80 and 20 are known to cause cancer in animals and are linked to numerous autoimmune issues and infertility. Skeptics are also leery of what other toxins Tween 80 allows to penetrate into the brain while it is opening the BBB.

Which ingredient is found in your cosmetics, perfume or lipstick collection?

Phenoxyethanol: This chemical is used in a variety of products such as perfume, insect repellent, antiseptic, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and antifreeze. It is a synthetic preservative that’s manufactured using a complex process where phenol is treated with ethylene oxide. It can be toxic to the kidneys, nervous system, and liver, and repeated, long-term exposure can cause organ damage. Scientists of the European Commission stipulate that phenoxyethanol is toxic when applied to the lips or around the mouth, which is especially concerning when most lipsticks and chap sticks contain phenoxyethanol.

Mercury is being used in thermometers, barometers, fluorescent lights, street lamps, and dental amalgam fillings

Mercury: In the words of George Orwell, “All kinds of mercury are toxic, but some kinds of mercury are more toxic than others.” This hazardous material is known for being used in thermometers, barometers, fluorescent lights, street lamps, and dental amalgam fillings. When it comes to dental usage, the current ADA and FDA claims that amalgam is a safe restorative material, and any dentist who recommends removing amalgams due to health concerns from mercury vapor is deemed unethical and could have their license taken away. However, many doctors and dentists believe that chronic mercury poisoning from amalgam fillings takes time to accumulate and express a related symptom. Because mercury ends up being found in every cell of the body, and there are trillions of cells, it may take years for enough mercury to accumulate for a symptom to appear.

Now that we have a few of these toxic soup ingredients lined up, lets see what we can make if we combine all of them. Let’s start with an Aluminum base and add dash of formaldehyde, a sprinkle of MSG, a pinch of Tween 80 and 20, and don’t forget the Phenoxyethanol. Of course, we can pair all of this with our favorite heavy metal, Mercury, to really balance out the ingredients. And there you have it, a possible recipe for disaster. These are also key ingredients to many vaccines. Yes, you read that right. Each of the above is found in our standard childhood vaccines, with Mercury being saved for the multi-dose flu vaccine.

Do you own research on what’s in our childhood vaccines. KNOW better, DO better.

Since the Industrial Revolution, we have been continually increasing our daily toxins, and this reflects in our community’s overall health. Diabetes, cancer, autoimmune disorders, eczema, asthma, Alzheimer’s, and autism are all on the rise. Vaccines are not the sole culprit (as we have outlined other avenues of exposure above), but they certainly do add to our already toxic soup.

As always, I encourage you to do your own investigation, the truth is out there.

KNOW better, DO better.

The question is WHY ARE THESE TOXINS IN OUR VACCINES? Big Pharma cant make vaccines work without them?

This is the most precise listing of ingredients found in vaccines that I have seen. The best part is that it is not judgement about if you should or shouldn’t be vaccinated. Of course after you have read and understood the consequences of these poisons, I doubt if you would choose to inject them into your body. But then that would be your choice!
